At WishBug, every item is made-to-order just for you... crafted with care, a touch of humor, and absolutely zero warehouse dust. We take pride in the quality of every piece, and we stand behind our work.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We happily replace, or refund when necessary, any item that arrives with an issue. Your joy matters, and we want you to love what shows up at your door.

We’ll Replace or Refund If:

🛠️ Your item arrives damaged or defective
📦 The wrong item arrives (wrong size printed, wrong design, wrong personalization)
🚚 Your package goes missing in transit

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if something isn’t correct... whether damaged, defective, or the wrong item. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each item is created on demand just for you. That means:

Please double-check your size charts and personalization details before ordering... they’re cute, they’re helpful, and they save future headaches.

30-Day Issue Reporting Window

You have 30 days from delivery to report a problem so we can submit a claim to our production partners.
After 30 days, we are no longer able to replace or refund an order.

To Start a Claim

Email us at wbreturns@thewishbug.com with:

🔹 Your order number
🔹 A photo or two if something arrived damaged
🔹 A short description of the issue (bonus points for puns)

Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund, whichever brings you more joy. Replacements are our first solution since each product is custom-made.

What We Cannot Accept

Because your item is crafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:

❌ Wrong size chosen
❌ Change-of-mind
❌ Ordering the wrong color or design
❌ General buyer’s remorse

Refund Details

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank and how nice the gremlins are feeling.

Exchanges

Because everything is made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges for size, color, or style.
