Shipping Policy

At WishBug, every item is made just for you... crafted with care, a touch of humor, and zero warehouse dust.
Here’s everything you need to know about how your order moves from our studio to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Orders are sent to production within 1 hour of being placed.  To keep things moving smoothly, please ensure all personalization details, your shipping address, and your payment information are correct at checkout.  Any missing or incorrect info may pause production until it’s resolved.

Most items are produced in 1–3 business days.
Select specialty items require 2–7 business days, noted on their product pages.

Shipping Timeframes

Once production is complete, delivery usually takes:

Economy: 4–8 business days
Standard: 2–5 business days
Express: 2–3 business days

Available options are shown at checkout and vary by location and package weight.

Shipping Costs

We don’t inflate product prices to hide shipping fees.
You pay exact shipping at checkout... no markup, no padding, no invisible elves involved.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. 
International shipping is on our wish list for the future.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you can’t find it, check spam or search for wbservice@thewishbug.com, then reach out if you still need help.

Delays

After a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
Weather, peak-season volume, routing issues, and address problems can all cause delays.
If something seems off, email us and we’ll assist however we can.

“My Order Never Arrived”

If tracking says delivered but there's no package:

1.  Check porches, parcel lockers, shared mail areas
2.  Ask neighbors or household members
3.  Wait 24 hours (unless urgent).. carriers sometimes scan early

Still missing? Email us at wbservice@thewishbug.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided; additional shipping costs may apply.

Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately based on size or production method.  If so, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
